the room itself was individual with an individual bed. the food was great and there were good choice of dishes in the menu. the location was marvellous, just a short walk away from funicular de santo andre.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of town, with everything within walking distance. And the view from our room was amazing, overlooking the charming streets and twinkling Christmas lights. Plus, the staff was really friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.
They were cold and noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was cramped and had a glass door that always got stuck, leading to privacy issues.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a coffee machine that added a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the university. But the best part was definitely the staff - they were so welcoming and made us feel right at home.
